Momstouch Coupon Payment Method (thePAY)

1. In the thePAY app, select the Momstouch product, then choose the mobile amount voucher (gift voucher) or burger/chicken exchange voucher you want.
2. Enter the 11-digit mobile phone number that will receive the coupon, then proceed with payment.
3. The issued Momstouch coupon will be sent to the thePAY app and via SMS to the phone number you entered.
4. The Momstouch mobile voucher can be used at kiosks and counters in Momstouch offline stores nationwide, or for online orders (takeout/delivery) through the official Momstouch app.
    

How to Use at Momstouch Offline Stores (Actual Kiosk Steps)

1. Select menu: On the in-store kiosk screen, select the burger, chicken, or side menu you want, add it to the cart, and press Order.
2. Select payment method: Among the various payment methods at the bottom of the screen, select 'Mobile/Coupon' or 'Mobile Voucher'.
3. Scan coupon: Hold the barcode screen of the coupon received via SMS or the thePAY app up to the scanner at the bottom of the kiosk. (If it isn't recognized, enter the number directly.)
4. Pay the difference: If the total exceeds the coupon value, pay the remaining balance by credit card or easy payment, and an order receipt (number ticket) will be issued. (At stores without a kiosk or at a staffed counter, simply show the barcode to the staff.)

Ordering via the Official Momstouch App (Online Usage)

1. Access the app: Open the official mobile Momstouch app and log in (or order as a guest).
2. Select order type: On the main screen, select 'Delivery Order' or 'Takeout Order' and choose the store to use.
3. Add to cart: Add the menu items you want to the cart, then proceed to the payment step.
4. Enter coupon and pay: On the payment method screen, tap the 'Mobile Coupon' menu, then directly enter or register the barcode number you received (e.g., 12 digits) to apply it to the payment. Once you pay the delivery fee and any excess difference, the order is placed.
